Getting pretty excited! Hoping it ships sooner. I ordered it on 10/25.
I ordered the iPhone 6 Plus 64G in Gold on 10/16 with a shipping date of 11/14. Honestly I'm not as excited...been waiting 3 weeks and still no update what so ever..other than a pointless email I got the other night lol.
I ordered the 24th but it's 64 gb and it's the iPhone 6. Hopefully I'm getting mine soon as well as you!!!
It's the same ship date as well. I would assume it will ship any where between Wednesday and Friday. At the latest they should be here by Tuesday
i ordered iphone 6 plus sg 64 g on 10/17 and my ship date is also 11/14. I'm a bit skeptic about getting it on time. I hope i'm wrong but it seems many people with ship dates before us ended up waiting past the dates originally given.
I talked to a Verizon Support person tonight and they said since I ordered before the end of October that it should ship on 11/14 :smileyhappy: I guess anyone who ordered it any later than that will have to wait until the 21st.
My guess is we will receive it Monday if it does ship the 14th lol I'm totally obsessed at this point

it is very frustrating. i already bought the case and the screen protector and the phone probably hasn't even been made yet! i hope when we finally get our phones it was worth all this !!

Most of the iPhone back orders have been delayed. I was supposed to receive mine over a week ago and many other people are complaining about the same thing with Verizon.

My CC just got charged! And my order actually shows up in my "History" no FedEx tracking number just yet..but I'm sure I'll be getting my phone sooner than expected.
Yay!! I got off the phone with a rep that checked to see if mine was still on schedule. And he said yes. And he wouldn't be surprised if my phone came before Friday. Can't wait. I ordered through edge so I don't think my card will be charged until the next billing cycle. Next month. But hopefully it ships soon!!

If not check your local Apple stores my ship date was 11/7 after not being updated I saw one in stock and went to pick it up. I had to stand in line but it was well worth it!!!

You can cancel the pre-order that's what I did. Make sure it's in stock first go to the Apple store and cancel it there. I did that and it was easy.

Turns out. Even if you order with Verizon edge your account will still be charged when it ships. It will get charged then it will ship. Same day.
i will keep updating you do the same. i also upgraded with the edge program.

I ordered the i6+ 64 GB Gold on 10/10. This Tuesday I finally received an email from VZW "Things To Know About Your New Phone". Well I finally received an order # this Saturday however I still have no tracking number. I did check my CC and the transactions has been pending since Saturday as well. Fingers crossed that I get my new phone this week. The wait has been awful. Ive almost lost the excitement due to waiting for so long.
Oh and my original ship date is 11/14

That's correct, Jls5879! I just spoke with a Verizon representative and had them check my order status. She said my phone should definitely ship on Wednesday the 10th and be here on Friday the 14th! Eeeeeep!!!! We should definitely have our phones Friday, kkcreech!
Just don't get too excited, even though I do hope you guys get your phones soon! I've been reading some threads for awhile now and many people say that the reps will just tell you what you want to hear so they won't have an angry customers on their hands. And remember, the expected shipping date is 11/14..not the delivery date. There is a difference. O:
I've seen that everywhere too and I'm hoping that she was being honest with me. I expected it to ship on the shipping date as well but she said that they have a large shipment going out Wednesday, making 11/14 the actual delivery date. If it doesn't happen that's fine of course but I'm pretty hopeful that it'll be here Friday.

How did you get them to say it will definitely ship then?? I've talked to over 10 people who just continue to say " looks like your estimated ship date is the 14th " what the heck. I need your magic information. Lol

Since they have a huge shipment going out Wednesday we should get our phones soon. Can't wait it's getting so close. I talked to a lady who said phones can still ship and deliver on Saturday it's Just Sunday that they're closed.
I just chatted with another representative that also said they should be here Saturday. Now I'm just frustrated because they keep giving me different information. I think I'm just going to stop asking and just play the waiting game. I expect it to be here Monday at the very latest.

I think Verizon is in the dark like the rest of us. It's depends on Apple and when THEY decide to ship phones to all Carrier's so honestly there's not much Verizon can do but give you an estimate on when they'll receive phones.
It's wierd that I got my tracking # yesterday Sunday I also think Verizon has no clue of when things will ship. But I did read that the ship by dates are actually exaggerated a little so it makes them look better when they finally arrive a little early

I doubt were getting our phones this week. These people ordered theirs 2 weeks before us. I'm not planning on getting it bc I doubt we are.
OK so I got an update today!!! I do have a tracking # (finally) and an email from VZW stating my phone shipped. It shows its currently in Tennessee as of 3:14PM this afternoon however it doesn't have an expected delivery date yet, kinda weird. Is there anyway I can pre-sign for my delivery for FedEx because I know I won't be home when they deliver. And the nearest FedEx pickup (if I miss them twice) is an hour away.

I checked my status and instead of saying we have received your order and it is in process it takes me to the bar screen where it says order number and tracking number. But the tracking number part is still blank.
They might have shipped it but it's still to early to generate a tracking

Mines showed up in my orders sometime last night and I had a tracking number by 12:30-1:00 pm today. If you have two day shipping you might not get it until Monday unless Verizon ok's Saturday delivery. Most people say that Verizon only requested weekday delivery mon-fri no sat delivery because it cost them more.
It all depends if the FedEx near you delivers on Saturdays. So I may get one tomorrow. If i get one tomorrow then I should get the phone on friday. It all depends on when it ships. Ugh I'm so anxious
I feel like this wait is slightly worse because you know its coming but its not in your hands yet. I just want Friday to get here already. Hopefully your FedEx does deliver on Saturdays, you've already waited quite a while.

I ordered a 6+ 64GB Space Grey on 11/7. The website said I would get it by 11/21. Got an email 11/12 saying it shipped and will get it 11/14. According to Fed-Ex tracking, it's on the way to the house now and will arrive today!

My phone shipped on Thursday and as of last night it arrived at the sort facility in my state

Verizon could do a better job of communicating ongoing status and changes. If Dominos pizza can track your order from receipt, to baking, to out for delivery and finally to actual delivery, then one would hope you could do the same for tracking a cell phone on back order such as order receipt, mfg status/stages, international shipping to Verizon warehouse/distribution, order fulfillment, shipping and finally status of delivery. it would take the guesswork and hoping out of the equation! maybe even make a game of it. But no, just no communication or updates at all will apparently just have to be the most I can expect. Thx Verizon for lowering the bar when it comes to customer service expectations. :smileysad:
Ok, everyone. I have an update! I just got off the phone after talking with 4 different representatives. Luckily, the first lady I reached in the Customer Service department was EXCELLENT! She really knew what she was doing and you could tell she cared for her customers. She searched and searched and found me the right people to talk to about my order. The third lady I talked to after getting transferred said my order appeared to be 'stuck' in the process step. Unfortunately she had to transfer be to the last representative who had to DELETE and redo my entire order. This was frustrating because he said the new shipping date is 12/5; However, he was able to send an email and have the phone shipped ASAP. He said I should expect the shipping confirmation very soon, so we'll see how it goes this time! Even though I'm kind of frustrated, I'm thankful for the 4 Verizon representatives I talked to tonight. MY ADVICE to those of you who are stuck in this process: call 866-271-7585! This is the third number I got transferred to and the most helpful. When the automated phone asks for your verizon number, just copy that same phone number if you're a new customer and they will transfer you to someone who knows what they're doing. They may see that your order is also 'stuck'.
Thanks Ashley. After calling the number above three (3) different times, I finally found someone who could provide a status update on my order for the 128GB space gray iPhone 6 plus. This very nice woman found a note in their system for my order that was supposedly sent out via email to me yesterday (which never came). It acknowledges a delivery/backorder/shipment issue. I asked the rep if she could resend the email. But, the best she could do was text me a snippet of the message which states "....FREE VZW MSG-DO NOT REPLY: order status update device order will be delayed from 11/14/2014 ship date, to New ship date of 12/05/2014" The information obviously outlines a new ship date of 12/5. When I was visiting with service rep 2 of 3 before being mysteriously being hung up on, she also claimed there would be a $10 credit applied to the bill for this delayed shipment issue. But, it's all still a supply/demand issue compounded by some kind of "other" logistics issue at Verizon regarding the product that was supposed to be shipped on 11/14/2014. Thus, my order along with numerous others are now part of the latest anticipated batch of new product arrivals which will fulfill orders with a shipment date of 12/5/2014. This same date can be found currently (as of 11/15/2014) online at verizonwireless.com when ordering my model of phone. It would appear something happened to the batch due to deliver to Verizon and ship on 11/14/2014. Now our orders have apparently been reset for an entirely new anticipated APPLE delivery to Verizon. So, at least for us unfortunate customers who lost out in this last issue/batch, we at least have a new target ship date for our orders. Best of luck to everyone. At this rate...we might get an iPhone 7 someday. But, don't plan to get an update from Verizon - it appears they just don't have a process/system capable of handling the customer communications surrounding these kinds of supply/demand/backorder/shipment.
What about those of us with 11/21 date will we still get ours
I ordered 2 iPhone 6 silver 64GB on 11/6 and 1 on 11/7 (same) had to cancel one from 11/6 due to an error and reordered it on 11/9. All 3 had a ship by date of 11/14. Late 11/14 the order status changed in my verizon my orders area from pre-order to an order (This showed as the order date changing to 11/14 and a new line appearing saying 4G 4FF PRE-INSTALLED SIM). When I looked at my orders in my verizon this morning there were tracking numbers on all 3 iPhones. Also my order now stated that it was shipped overnight, tracking says it will be here Tues! (I am in CO). If you go in your my orders under your my verizon account and you see your order date change and that line of the SIM added that indicates that they are prepping your phone for shipment so you should be getting a tracking number soon! Good luck to you all!!
That's great! For us new customers we can't really check it like that. I've found that the preorder link where you can type in the Ace location, order number and last name is the most helpful. Other than that I've just been checking my email obsessively lol.
i ordered a 6+ 128gb space gray on 10/22 with a ship date of 11/14. has not shipped, and it still shows 11/14 on the website. automated voice on the customer service line also says 11/14. what gives???
From what I was told on the forms from someone that contact customer service they said those who did receive the 11-14 shipment will get it 12-2, tweeted VZW support they told me they received shipments for those like me who were set for 11-21 so depending you might get it sooner
now i'm being told 11/21 on the phone.
