Visual VM isn't working and crashes every time I try it.

Hi all, every time I select my VM app (native application that came pre-loaded on my Samsung Galaxy S5), it takes me to a dialogue box saying "Welcome to Visual Voice Mail. Due to a change in your phone, we need to update your Visual Voice Mail service. When we finish the update, Basic Visual Voice Mail will be provided free of charge." Then there are two buttons at the bottom of the screen saying "SUBSCRIBE TO BASIC VISUAL VOICE MAIL" and "CALL VOICE MAIL" If I select the first option I get a message that says "Unfortunately, Voice Mail has stopped." If I select the second option, it calls voice mail and works as normal.

Can someone please help me get visual voice mail to work?

aus.everett, we definitely want you to be able to ultilize your visual voicemail so you can enjoy the stellar service. Let’s work together to get your visual voicemail working right away. Is the visual voicemail application updated? If it is updated, please clear the cache and the data from the visual voicemail application. You can go to Settings>Applications Manager>Applications>All tab>Visual Voicemail>Clear cache/data and then force stop. Please let us know how it works.

Thanks for the answer. I don't know if the application has been updated. However, I completed the steps you outlined to clear cache/data and force stop, but the same issue occurs when I tried the visual voice mail afterwards.
