Reporting a Dead Spot 16801

Question

I would like to report a couple of dead spots in my area. I am in zip code 16801. One of the dead spots is in nearby 16827 (Pike Street, Lemont, PA). Signal looks very low there and calls get dropped. The other is at the entrance to my neighborhood, corner of Hunter Avenue & Branch Road, State College PA 16801. Calls often do not get dropped there, but person on other end cannot hear me.

The only official way to report dead spots on the Verizon Wireless network is to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they open a trouble ticket to investigate that location.
