Just wondering, when a parent needs to entirely block or suspend a teens phone how to do this without hassle to the other phones in the account.
LINPAR11,
Got it! Thanks for the additional details. See how to suspend your lines online via your My Verizon account here https://www.verizonwireless.com/archive/mobile-living/network-and-plans/suspend-reconnect-verizon-wireless-service-how-to/.

You came to the right place for assistance, lindasea. while suspending a line is not fun, in some cases it may be necessary. What's the reason for the suspension? If the device is lost of stolen then the suspension may be free. If the user of the phone is on punishment then we have a volunary suspension. Once you provide us with details then we can provide the best option for you.

I don't see an answer under your response
You can voluntarily suspend service on his line. Call Verizon *611 from your mobile.
Do not report lost or stolen, it's not easy to undo.
