The Black Friday promotion is for new customers who signed up for 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus and existing customers who added a new 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus line of service. Qualifying customers can choose between two options:
- 1 Xbox Series S on us and the Netflix & Max (With Ads) perk for 12 months on us
- 1 Xbox Series S on us and 1 Xbox Gaming Bundle on us
Listed below are key details for this offer:
- Dates of eligibility are for purchases made between 11/21/24 and 12/2/24 (for Wireless customers).
- Only one offer per eligible Verizon account. The Xbox Series S and Xbox Gaming Bundle are while supplies last.
- A redemption email will be sent when customers are eligible to redeem the offer they chose.
- Customers are eligible to redeem the Netflix & Max (with Ads) perk for 12 months on us, immediately upon service activation.
- If claiming the Netflix & Max offer, the perk must be added within 60 days after plan purchase or no later than 3/2/25 (whichever comes first), and then register the perks directly with Netflix & Max within 90 days of enrollment.

- Customers must remain on the 5G/4G LTE Home Plus plan to be eligible for the promotions.
- Both the Xbox gaming bundle and Xbox Series S on us promotions have a 14- day waiting period after 5G/LTE Home Plus internet service activation. After the 14-day waiting period, customers will have 60 days to redeem the offers
- Customers will receive promotion details in an email with the eligible redemption date, and a tile on My Verizon Online and the My Verizon app, for both the Xbox Gaming Bundle and Xbox Series S on us.
- Both the Xbox Gaming Bundle and Xbox Series S on us can be redeemed through tiles via My Verizon under “Make the most of your plans”
- Free 3-5 day shipping is provided for the Xbox bundle, and Xbox Series S on us offers, from the date redeemed.
- Service must remain active for at least 180 days to avoid chargebacks.
