How to Check Your Order Status

Did you know that you can keep track of your recent orders directly in the My Verizon app and on Verizon.com. You can view the current status of your order, see the estimated delivery date and get a tracking number all in one convenient place.

Steps For the My Verizon App

Open the My Verizon app then tap the Me tab.
From the Account links section, tap Orders.
Scroll to the bottom then tap Documents & receipts.
From the Your orders section, tap View orders.
Review the order info then tap View details to view delivery info.

Visit Verizon's Check Order Status page
Enter the Order Number, Location Code, Last Name and Zip code.
Click on Check Order Status.
