Follow lets you get email updates whenever new content appears in an area of the community that you're interested in. You can subscribe to a Verizon Community Blogs, the Knowledge Hub, or any Category in the community.
To follow a piece of content or location:
- Go to the blog, Knowledge Hub or category you want to subscribe to.
- Find the Follow button at the top of the page
- Click Follow button and choose your options
- Notify me of new comments
- Notify me of new posts.
To view and manage your Follows:
- Go to your Account and Privacy Settings.
- Click on Followed Content.
3. From there you can manage your follows. To Unfollow click on the Red Bell and follow the instructions in the box.
