Hello, I do greatly apologize for posting about this. However, my community has a Verizon tower within 1 mile. The tower has always output a strong 4 bar signal. Over the last 2 weeks, the signal has significantly decreased to a very slow 1 bar signal. How would one report this or is it even worth reporting?  I greatly appreciate all responses. Thank you. โ™ฅ๏ธ

 

Iโ€™ve also been considering getting a LTE Home Internet Router so this issue definitely will be steering me away from that potential until it is resolved.

You could try leaving feedback in the Check Network Status widget on Verizon's website, or maybe report it on Downdetector if nobody from CS responds here.

Maria, the original poster of the thread has deleted their account since they now appear as "Anonymous" so I doubt you can PM them.  I am not having any service problems.
