We have had the Home Fusion internet access for roughly 10 years. According to the Verizon web site 4G home internet is not available to upgrade to at our location. Home Fusion works well while we are under 15G cap. After that is almost useless, very hit & miss. This is our only source of internet access. We blow through 15G's within 4 to 5 days. Every time Windows does an update the data is eaten up in less time. We don't even try to stream anything. Our main use of the internet is for banking, e-mails, health care and online shopping. My question is why can't their be an exception to the Home Fusion service to remove the mobile hot spot treatment since this service is not mobile at all?

ForeRight, I'm glad you were interested in our newer home internet options. We are working to expand those, and if a location isn't eligble at the moment, we hope to make it so in the future. You can keep track of that using this site here:
Additionally, under the plan you mentioned there are higher GB allowance plans we could explore. I've sent a Private Message so we can take a look at that.
