How to I report poor service coverage in zip code 63025? I have an Iphone 5 and I only get 1x most of the time (if I get service at all), occasionally one bar on 3G. I was able to get more bars and better service with my Iphone 4. This is where I work and where I spend a great deal of my time. My colleagues who have AT&T have no problem making phone calls or text messages, or accessing the internet with LTE. I am beyond frustrated.

Look no further help is here! I want you to have the best service at all times.

No reported issues in that area. However, I do see this is an extended coverage area and service can vary since you are not using a VZW tower. Is the issue only with data? Try this http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/64531 and see if you notice a difference.

Hi John,

I've tried that fix numerous times, but I did attempt it again. Still only 1x with an occasional one bar for 3G, if any service at all. It is for data, calls, and messaging. Essentially, my phone is useless unless I'm on wifi.

Let's ensure you can enjoy your service and device. Has a resolution ticket been opened for you before for these service issues? Are other Verizon Wireless customers experiencing service issues?

I have never opened a resolution ticket on this issue. I have mostly just dealt with it. But to be honest, with the new Iphone coming out, I have considered switching because of this issue. I thought I would ask about it before I made that decision. I work in a high school, so although there are lots of other Verizon users, any evidence I could provide would be anecdotal. Extremely informal surveying shows that AT&T gets the best signal; Verizon and Sprint are the worst in this area.
