How to track hotspot data usage during a billing cycle?

The My Verizon app offers no measure of this (on the rare occasion I can actually log into it...) and the online data hub only offers this information in the data analysis of past billing periods. My plan has unlimited data but caps hotspot usage at 15 GB of data, so I need to keep track of it separately from total data usage, which is all I can manage to find. The other solutions I've found in the forums from years past must be outdated, because they don't work.

VerizonUser62 I agree that it's important to know how much data you have left on the Hotspot. If you go to settings > cellular > scroll down to current period and you will see Personal Hotspot usage. DoloresK_VZW
