LTE Network Extender - Blank Screen

Question

I have 2 Verizon LTE Network Extenders. We used them for a couple of years and then installed a BDA system inside of our building. Recently had an issue with the BDA system so we got the extenders back out. After plugging both in neither of them appear to be booting up. Nothing is shown on the LCD screen of either of them. Power light is on but looks more blue than white but at least not red. I can go into my firewall and neither is showing up on the network. I tried factor resetting both and neither appears to do anything after holding the reset button in. Odd they both worked fine before unplugging and storing them away.  Any help?

What make/model are they?  The older Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender has been replaced with the newer Askey ASK-SFE116.  You might ask support if they will provide a replacement.
