I have a Samsung 4G LTE Extender that I can't seem to get past step 11d. I've seen other posts on the same topic but haven't seen any resolution. The error I get is "Not In-service MME Communication Failure". Has anyone gotten a resolution to this? I've tried the suggestions like adding the device to DMZ zone, opening up ports, changing MTU size...nothing works. Is this network extender just not supported anymore?
Thanks,
Craig

I have the SLS-BU10B. I bought it from someone, it was brand new. And yes, Verizon added the mac address to my account.
I have an SLS-BU10B in service now with no issues. You might request tech support to remove and re-add the MAC ID in the database to see if that helps.

Which exact model Samsung 4G LTE Extender do you have, the SLS-BU10B is the only one still supported, I believe. Has it ever worked for you? Has tech support added the MAC ID to your account in the network database?
