I have an LG Stylo 2 v that was purchased directly from verizon, but was given to me because my phone quit on me. I need my Q link sim card to work in this phone because EVERYTHING is connected to my mobile number. My school, my job, my bank...everything! How can I get the network unlocked so my SIM card will work? I have no way to call customer service because my old phone is done and my service wont work on this phone.
Please do not give me any run around answers about policies and so on because I already know that once a device has been active for 60 days the networks are supposed to unlock automatically with verizon and that never happened with the device I have and the previous owner had it for several years.

Thanks for reaching out Rebma8981 about a phone that will not accept your "Q link" sim card. We will not give you the runaround. We will do everything within our control to assist. Do you currently have an active Verizon account? Where was the replacement phone purchased? We are eager to provide you with answers.
