Very sorry for your inconvenience. You can report any service outage via our 800# - 800.922.0204 from a working phone or 611 on your verizon phone from a location not affected. Once again, very sorry for your inconvenience.

why is there no way to report an outage on the web? i cant use my phone and im unable to leave the house atm.
You could report an outage to a Verizon employee online thru the website chat, or Facebook or Twitter, but there's really no need to as they'd be aware of any outage already due to network monitoring
