Why can I not access the internet on my Samsung AO2s in Freeport, Maine? As soon as I move outside the town, everything works fine as normal. Is this strictly a Verizon problem?
I see that this topic was raised some years ago but there has been no useful response.

We want you to have access to your device whereever there is service. When did this issue start? Can you use service outside? Are you a prepaid customer or was this on a monthly account? -Joe

This problem started months ago (possibly years ago). I have no other problems connecting to the internet indoors or outdoors. I am a prepaid customer.
