ASK-NCQ1338FA not updating

My device is at 3.2.0.18. How do I get it to update to the latest 3.2.0.21 which came out in July 2023?

You're not alone.   Been using mine since early Apr and it's never updated.   Trying to figure that out now.

Just picked mine up last Friday, it's on 3.2.0.18, it's way flaky, and I can't see any option to even check for updates.
