Just received my 5G gateway and powered it up. Solid white light and attempted to connect to wifi. iPhone found the network and then displayed login message saying it needed to verify device. Next page displayed a device error, reset device or contact support.
also went through the app wizard for 5g compass. Tried a couple places. Compass test says weak signal but it also said that when device was powered off.
any thoughts? App can’t even manage the device.
