What plan is in place to convert to 5G by Dec 2019 and add MORE cell towers in 54121?
Whatever plan is in the works isn't going to be public knowledge or available to the customer service representatives.
I doubt there is going to be any 5G where you are and 5G is not going to be on towers it will be on small cells. Also I'm not sure what Dec 2019 has to do with anything. If you referring to the CDMA shutdown that has nothing to do with 5G and never has.
