I recently signed up for home internet. Everything is activated, it’s been about a week and I’ve received no information regarding the $100 Amazon gift card from the promotion. How am I supposed to redeem this?

1	Visit vzw.com/rebate.
2	Enter the purchase date and promo code 250FWAAZNQ225 or 200FWAAZNQ225 or 100FWAAZNQ225.
3	Enter the appropriate information: Email address and confirmation Phone number assigned to the new 5G Home Equipment (find this under account details on the My Verizon app or vzw.com/myverizon) Confirm phone number First/Last Name
4	Submit the offer redemption within 60 days of activation.
