Have had 5G home internet for 7 weeks. Vzw promo tracking page says expect to be validated around 12-3-24. Still shows pending even though every requirement has been met. What’s the problem?

Hi Freddy. Submitted on 10-27-24. Tracking ID is 1069991989. Promo code is 100FWAAMGC24. Says should have been validated around 12-3-24. Thanks for your help 🙂
Thanks for sharing those details with me today, brucebenn. I do see via the rebate tracking that it was supposed to be validated on or around 12/3/24. I have lifted this one up to our leadership team to review. As long as the rebate is still pending validation, it is still being processed, and the rebate center is likely a bit delayed in processing due to the number of holiday submissions. I hope this helps to offer some peace of mind.
