I've been having a monumental amount of trouble receiving the $200 amazon gift card. First I was told I would get it in 24-48 after I registered, that didn't happen. Five days later I call, they say they will send it to me in the next 24-48 hours, that doesn't happen. Then I call again and they say they will give me a call back in the next 24-48 hours, that doesn't happen. Then I called again two weeks after I first registered, they say its a national issue that will be fixed on December 1st and that I will receive it in 24-48 hours after that, that doesn't happen. Then I put in a support request, they say the issue is resolved but it not. Now currently on hold. This is sad and I'm disappointed.

Wait until Dec 13th when a fix will be applied that has impacted the Amazon Gift Card redemption process or we can complete a promotion escalation which once approved will up to 4-6 weeks for processing. Me too. as well as clarifying the XBOX freebie too. I was supposed to receive a callback yesterday with an update, but I never did. Starting to think we have been hoodwinked.

I was able to redeem the card today via my online account. No issues so far. waiting for ecard to arrive. Thank you! I patiently wait for the xbox.

I have the same problem, horrible experience. I called 4 times and even spoke to their supervisor. They even told me that it is my problem that I can't redeem my gift card, sounds like I am the one who is not making any sense, how can I redeem it if I can't even see that offer in the account nor in the email, there is no way for me to register the gift card, they keep transfer me to different department and keep changing their answers. They hood you up with a promotion and then completely ignore you. There is a time limit to redeem the gift card, they just don't want to fulfill their promise, wait until it expired and then tell you that it is your problem.

Verizon is intentionally doing this. I contacted multiple times for xbox and amazon gift card. Every time, I have to explain how I ordered, how many days it will take (some random number of days).
I can see a lawsuit brewing.
