$200 Amazon Gift Card Promotion

Installed the 5G Home Plus Internet with the Amazon Echo or $200 Amazon Gift Card but have not received an email to register for the card. Calling customer service was no help told me I wouldn't get registration email until 45 days after installation. Is this correct? The verbiage below does not indicate that & I do not want to miss the registration window. Verizon is not off to a good start with customer service as I see issue after issue with this.

I've been told 3 of 4 different stories. B.Sing me it's always a week or 2 wait for a "reply from the experts" we have 60 days to register for the card.. I want the email to register that's all I want. I've been transfered and started over 4 times each time I talk to someone. I don't want to have to switch companies again but Im starting to feel like they advertise for something we never get... Said it would be fixed 12/12 on the phone I waited 11 days the 12th came and nothing now it's another 2 weeks to get a reply email to see if my account qualifies? Please help

Been following this thread for a while. Same issue here. I purchased the 5G Home Plus plan. Where is my $200 Amazon gift card ?!?!?!

I've had multiple chats with Verizon over the last month. Always given the "wait one more week" promise. This is fraud.

I get loads of emails from Verizon selling stuff. But never the email with the magical info about the $200 gift card they committed to when I signed up for the 5G Home Plus plan.

I wonder what the excuse will be this week ?

12/22 and Christmas is days away it's been longer than 48 hours and I have yet to receive my email for the gift card.

Verizon has also failed to provide any emails or special tiles for redeeming the gift card or Xbox I was promised for activating my service. The only reason I chose to go with Verizon was for the incentives. If I don’t get the incentives, they will be losing another loyal customer of over a decade. I’ve spoken with several customer service agents who have all told me different things. One said they are aware of the problem and that it’ll be fixed on the 26th (not likely as I saw some of you were promised it would be fixed on the 13th), another said it would be February 17th, and another said call them back January 15th. I’ve asked all of them if they can’t just push the email from their end or order the incentives on my behalf to which they replied that it’s an automated system and they have no control.

I installed Home 5G on Nov. 27. Still no gift card, which I had planned to use to buy Christmas gifts. I spent an hour on Verizon chat a few days after installation, more than an hour on chat 2 weeks later when they had said it would arrive by, then 1.5 hours on phone after another 9 days. That person was supposed to give me a follow-up call on December 21, but did not. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and have never been made to feel like I don't matter to them, but now I feel like I've been played for a fool.

Actually I installed on November 17, not 27. (Typo) Has ANYONE in this discussion received the gift card, or have you even HEARD of anyone receiving it? I just had this comment rejected because I said this feels like a thing that rhymes with Sam. They said it was a bad word and I had to clean up my post!

Same here. I redeemed mine Friday, today is Monday and I still haven’t gotten the email.

Dang I am seeing all these co plain ta about the card and I’m concerned. I just cancelled my old internet and signed up. I was able to claim the promotion on my account but it’s been a little more than 48 hours and I have not received the email with my Amazon gift card. Now I’m thinking I’m not going to be getting it anytime soon. And the Xbox won’t ship until January. Gosh I hope their service didn’t this unreliable and the other promises aren’t true. 5 year price lock guarantee and no caps on internet . I already seen my first bill is 157 something which I didn’t see anywhere. Yikes ! It was supposed to be 80 a month I’m not complaining about that because it’s pretty standard but I’m just wondering about this funny business.

It’s 12/31 and I am unable to get my Amazon $200 gift card. Very frustrating website. It’s difficult to understand how a communication company can’t set up a web page that it’s customers can communicate on.

I signed up on the Dec. 20th. I received separate emails for the XBox and $200 Amazon Gift Card offers on the 21st. The link in both emails directed me to the app where I didn't see the offers. I received the router (22nd) and it was defective somehow and they wanted to ship out a new router which would've been delivered after Christmas. Eventually, a pick up order was placed and it was successfully installed on the 23rd. I received another email to redeem the $200 Amazon Gift card immediately after (most likely because this was a "new" order) and this time I saw the offer in the app where I was able to redeem it and received it electronically on the 27th. Now the XBox offer is ongoing unfortunately...

Similar issue, I could get to the link on my home page, get to yourdigitalrebatecenter.com and then after acknowledging the terms and conditions, and verifying the captcha got a red bar on the bottom saying "Technical Error please submit data again. For a separate promotion, I had to remove the hyphen ( - ) in my name but the personal info doesn't allow you to update that

Reporting back, After Private chatted with the support, and waited two weeks told by support. I got my amazon gift card email, and I was able to redeem it without issues.

Finally some good news!

I feel like I've talked to 3 different customer service people and it seems like I'm getting the runaround with this issue. Each time I talk to someone, they say I should get an email within 48hours. Every 48hours I talk to a new person and get the same thing. I even wait 4 days after talking to someone in customer service and still NO email.

Then finally the last person I talked to sent me a link to my "Track your Submission" page where supposedly had my promo code and tracking no. When I got on amazon to try to redeem the egift card, the code doesn't even work. At this point I don't even want the gift card nor the home internet.

I received an email that said "Redeem" and it told me 24-48 hours it would be in my account, and now I am going 4 days and nothing has shown up in my email/account. I reached out to customer support and they said they put in a ticket regarding it but don't message again about it as it will just delay the process.

I am having the same issue. I have called three different times. Twice I was told a ticket has been created to link the “tile” to home offers, and to have the email sent to me. The email just as a link to the home offers page and the tile for the Amazon promo gift card is not there.
I was told I could get a $200 Verizon gift card instead and I denied it as I want the promo for Amazon I signed up with!

The IT dept and customer relations said they could see the offer on their side and not sure why I can’t see it so they opened ANOTHER ticket.

I have been having the same issue. I installed mine Jan.2 and still haven’t received a email to redeem for the Amazon gift card or Xbox series X. Customer service says they submitted a ticket and I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks to get the card. This is so frustrating because like you showed it states we would get the offer with 24-48hrs.
