I received this email on 11/17.
I did what it stated for me to do. I chose the $200 Amazon Gift Card. And I have yet to receive it. And it no longer shows up under the "Make the Most of Your Plan" section. I have spoke with support. But it did not really help me much. Please help.

Yes I am having the same issue! I hooked up my internet on Wednesday of last week and then received this email. I followed all the steps and that option no longer shows up for me. I went and looked at the fine print at the bottom and it said it would take 24-48 hours to send out. I figured with the next day being Thanksgiving I probably wouldn’t get it then but then Friday and Saturday went by and still nothing…. Would love to hear something from @verizon about this since customer service doesn’t seem to have answers.

I found the tile for the amazon gift card and chose it but it says it will open a link and nothing happened. Now the tile is gone. Do ieed to do something else?

i just got a flyer in the mail and it says on it that the amazon gift card should be emailed within 24 to 48 hours of registration , its been over a week so what is going on ? A FEW different agents online i spoke with said will create a ticket and i have got nothing yet can ANYONE HELP

I am having the same issue. This is so frustrating. It was clearly stated Amazon.com Gift Card: Must activate or install eligible Verizon Home Internet service & register for the card w/in 60 days of activation or installation. Card emailed within 24-48 hours of registration. Other card terms and conditions apply. Restrictions apply, see amazon.com/gc-legal. Offer ends 1.17.24. Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the promotional Amazon.com Gift Card if eligible service is canceled w/in 180 days
now they are saying I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for the ticket they submitted. This is fraud and false advertising!

I am still experiencing the same issue! I was able to redeem the gift card through the app after setting up my wifi equipment and switching from Xfinity, but it still has not been delivered to my email after three days and counting! I have a copy of the tracking number I was provided with after redeeming, but it does not appear on the app anymore and cannot be searched for. Considering this was a significant factor in my decision to switch, and was heavily advertised by the Verizon employees, you would think the company would keep its word and send it on time. I am expecting and would greatly appreciate @verizon looking into this issue and sending the gift card as promised/advertised.

Hello Jesse. One of your team members from the customer service team named Freddy assisted me from a private link sent to me and said he contacted the rebate center on my behalf. Also cited an email issue as part of the delay, although my email on file has always been the same. However, after stating it would be available within 24 hours, IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. It has been over six days and counting now. This promotion is a total sham considering how many others are experiencing the same issue. @verizon please make this right. No more empty promises please.

The good news is that our specialized team is aware of this situation. Everything will run smoothly starting on December 13th. At that point you should receive an email notification to redeem the offer. If you already received the email, but you're not seeing the offer tile on your My Verizon application or our website, this should appear on the 13th.

Mine said it was processed on the 9th. I never received an email stating it was processed and now I can't even check it on the site. The tab under the amazon promotion goes nowhere even though it said I could go back and check at any time.
