I signed up for 5G Home internet service with Verizon, and I have been seeing the tilen on my verizon app for the $200 Amazon gift card/Amazon Echo promotion from Verizon, but when I've clicked on it through the app - it takes me to another window to select with item i want to receive, but it doesn't do anything afterwards. #5G Home internet was added with two separate devices, because Verizon sent me another router when I got approved for the ACP discount. I cannot see the tile to redeem the #Amazon $200 Gift card/Amazon Echo since then.

I never received my card email after redeeming? How long should the email take? It looks like other posts say 1-2 days. I redeemed them on 1/16/24. Please help
