$200 Gift Card Tile Missing

Hi I can’t seem to find the tile to redeem the gift card. Seems like I’m not the only one who had this issue in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am also having this problem and there isn't anything in my email other then receipts from verizon.

I have a confirmation of the promo. The purchase was made on October 22nd.  It was for Verizon 5G home internet.

I am having the same problem.  Purchased 5G Home on 10/25/24 and activated on 10/28/24.  Now I can’t find the Amazon gift card redemption anywhere.  I don’t have an email with the information either.  Can someone please reach out with the proper link so I can redeem before I miss the cutoff?
