I have been trying to get to the page that I fill out for the Gift card. The prompt ask me for the code and the date of purchase. I have looked on my receipt and put in the correct information but an error message keeps appearing saying the code and date are incorrect. What am I missing. Thanks

That happened to me too. I had to keep calling customer service and they finally credited my account 200 dollars because they couldn't get my Verizon gift card to work.. seems to be a common problem
