I got my home internet on Dec 4th 2024. I was promised $200 gift card and Xbox Gaming bundle. After a long wait was able to get the value of Xbox gaming bundle as a credit. Now the problem is with redeeming the rebate.
I submitted the rebate form on Feb 2nd 2025. Recently I received saying my rebate form was denied. This is after 8 week of waiting since submitting my rebate form. When I talk and chat to customer agent , different agent promises me different things. I need final answer.
