$200 Verizon Gift Card

I, like many others it seems like, am having trouble figuring out what to do for the $200 Verizon gift card for the 5g Home Internet service I purchased. The instructions are all very vague and I feel like an abnormal amount of searching is needing to be done to find any information about this, like it's almost hidden on purpose. I finally figured out the $250 Amazon gift card, but I don't know what promo code to use for the $200 Verizon gift card. When I go to track my rebate, the only one that shows up is the Amazon gift card, so I'm trying to figure out what the promo code would be to trigger the Verizon one as well. Any help would be appreciated!

The order was placed 9/12/25. I got the Sunday Ticket offer, as well as the Amazon gift card, but I have not seen anything about the $200 Verizon gift card.

I’ve got the same issue and I previously worked as a retention specialist in this industry and have NEVER seen anything like this. My narrow search provided over 2,200 threads in the last month?!?

It’s obvious that data exists, indicating that the money saved by creating a promotion which requires a certain personality/circumstance combination to receive said promotion is more valuable than fixing the system. It’s a simple fix. I too have wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to find the redemption link for the $200 Verizon gift card. What concerns me is the amount of time we’ve all invested in trying to receive what was contractually promised - yes, my background is law and breach of contract civil cases. We all signed online contracts and I received an order confirmation with a “link” to claim both of my promotional gift cards. The link reroutes you to the Account Activity section, and with multiple options due to multiple services, it’s whack-a-mole if you find the rebates section. Same with the email link reminding me - so I clicked “Redeem now” and was rerouted to the same information summarizing my bills, payments, and perks. I get it - you want me to give up. But I just moved and it wasn’t an expected situation so saving money and using the promotions as Christmas gifts was very appealing - until now.

I spoke with a rep today - he called me after “noticing I was poking around the Apple watches.” Are you kidding me Verizon?!?!?! You’re monitoring THAT but what about the hours I’ve spent going in circles trying to get my rebate? I told the rep that I am interested in a new watch since mine broke and I’d use the $200 and buy on Black Friday. He tried to promote current deals and I explained my experience and that I needed him to look into why the link from my Order receipt doesn’t work. He put me on hold and then said I will be receiving email links. Hmmmm. Next, I did an online chat - that rep had no idea how to even look for this issue despite my providing my order date and information. So as I resolved to share my pathetic story here and began looking for the best thread to piggyback, a Verizon email notification flashed on my screen. Wow, just wow!

So, to add insult to injury- I received AN EMAIL FROM VERIZON *reminding me to “submit my available rebate before it expires.” Had to laugh at that. My order indicates that we’d receive a $250 Amazon card (link magically appeared today), a $200 Verizon card, and we didn’t need a second Switch, so we opted for the Switch accessories bundle. I left Xfinity after nearly 20 years and I’ll admit they lack in quality customer care, but this feels like I bought a used car from a shady dealership when I thought I was getting a great price on a luxury vehicle.

Good cell provider. Their marketing shift to move into various, multiple services (including roadside assistance, interesting..) is pretty and shiny on the outside and a fail so far after the “hook” is set. Disappointing. So, will a third (3rd!!) rep - today - please fix this so that I can submit for my $200 Verizon card and wait up to 8 weeks to receive the email code to actually use it???? Pretty pleeeease.

I get it - it was a long, but comprehensive explanation. I hoped that by doing so you’d recognize that I’ve exhausted all of the “resources” and beyond - having connected with 2 different Verizon employees today alone. All of the links don’t apply - I just double checked. My Purchase Receipt shows a section, “Promotion/Discount.” Under that section are 2 Rebates with the format - but single spaced):

The same format is repeated but for a $200 Rebate, “Verizon Gift Card,” below the Amazon Rebate - same redemption link.

The link takes me to “Account Activity.” I received the Amazon rebate link today under “Review notifications” for my cell phone number (not the other # or the 5G Home tab). I looked for this exact scenario and didn’t find another detailed post and hope my transparency and your direction will help others. I worked for AT&T/DTV and dealt with complex accounts/offers - many having cells, internet (fiber, broadband, satellite), television receivers, dishes, MDUs, tablets, and promotions that could be different by area everyday. I see my Nintendo Switch accessories promotion with a tile on my app- stating it can be redeemed on December 5. So, that leaves the $200 Verizon Gift Card - the rebate for your company. And where shall I look for my dm??? I honestly don't know and am tired of being on your site all day. Assistance will be needed until this is resolved. My order #[REDACTED]. That’s not a personal identifier, so should help until I know how to privately continue resolution efforts. Thanks!
