Like Many others i opened up a new line and ordered a new phone and was told i would receive a 200 dollar gift card. however when i try to click the link to claim the gift card it does not work. was this all just a scheme to get people to get new lines and new phones? this is ridiculous who can i file a complaint with about this?

Yes October 21st was when I received my phone in the mail and activated my service. I placed the order October 16th

Here is the solution that worked for me today.
1. Go to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/
2. Enter promo code cartoffer2024 and the order date, click continue
3. Enter your email address (twice), click send, and follow the rest of the steps
At the end, Verizon will provide a tracking number for checking the status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/track/
