- The redemption process begins upon the activation of your qualifying 5G Home Plus Plan.
- Once activation is confirmed, qualified Home Plus customers will have a notification tile within your My Verizon Online / My Verizon app after logging into their account. - Upon redemption, Your eligible Gift Card will be delivered electronically within 24-48 hours.
- You can check your redemption status at https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#! /check-my-status - Qualifying customer may also want to check their spam folder for the below Subject and Sender:

How long after setting up your internet were you able to see the tile to request the gift card? People are saying it takes 60 days, but that can't possibly be correct. I've been waiting two weeks now, and have seen no way to request the gift card.

We have been waiting three weeks. We were originally told 48 hours after activating, by the rep that came to our door. All I can say is we left Verizon years ago because of misrepresenting products. Can not help but think we are there again.

I'm having issues redeeming my Amazon gift card and the chat support has been having "technical issues" every day. The option on the app does not allow me to click to redeem and I have not had anything sent to my email. Can someone could please assist with this?

I understand where the private messages are, what I was saying was they never sent me one. That is what is continuously happening. Someone says they will help and reach out to you and they don't. They give the same answer as everyone else......you should be able to see the promo on the 13th. That is not even what I continue to ask. Are these answers scripted because that is all anyone continues to answer without any resolution to anyone's issues on this forum.
