I ordered Verizon 5g home internet as soon as I saw it was available in April. While I was reviewing the order a Verizon pop-up window offered a 200 gift card if I completed the order Now! I clicked the pop-up and completed the order. There was also a Samsung TV offer for signing up. The TV offer showed up on the invoice but nothing on thd gift card. You had to wait for 60 days of home service to order the TV but never saw anything on the gift card. After a lot of research I found a reference in an email from Verizon buried on the 3rd page of the email and it unfortunately said it had to be claimed by June 13th. Very misleading offer and it looks deliberately tricky to collect. Should have just been part of the order without having to do something difficult to navigate. Not ar all thrilled that they didn't make it clear at the time that I needed to do something to claim it. Anybody else have the same issue?
