$250 Amazon Rebate

Verizon, why are not giving people their Rebate. I was told that I would receive a $250 Amazon Rebate after signing up for the Internet Plan. Which I did, but I haven't received anything and it even states it on my receipt. I understand the JBL boom box wont be redeemable for another couple months (which is crazy) but where's the Amazon Rebate.

Its been almost a month overdue for me. They keep giving me different dates, but its unacceptable that it is this far gone. How hard is it to send an email with the code? Too bad support does nothing but delay the process because their "dedicated email team" is a separate entity, and is terrible at sending emails, even though thats their job. I was hoping to use my gift card for prime day but i guess I wont even get it at this point.

Don't expect any 250 Amazon rebate. It's honestly just a way to attract potential customers. I've chatted with their online support. I've also talked to a live representative. They say they submit tickets but nothing ever happens. I've given up

They canceled my rebate order! They said it was out of stock but offered me a check for the canceled ps5 controller.  If it was out of stock why wasn’t my rebate refunded? When I looked in the app it said canceled for fraud!! But canceled in their system as “out of stock”. Sounds kind of sus for a rebate refund! Oh well, those dang TOS and company policies, get us everytime!

🥺I thought we were family at Verizon?  What happened here?, I don’t even recognize this place anymore and I’ve only been part of the family for 2 months maybe 3, I forget sometimes. But that’s not the point, the point is I was expecting family!! And now I feel like Will asking uncle Phil “how come he don’t want me man?”

I’m having the issue where they won’t honor the promotion they promised when I made the purchase of the 5g home internet. They’re now saying the $250 amazon gift card promotion expired in May 2025 but they clearly offered it when I ordered my product in July 2025. I have the receipt that clearly states an Amazon gift card promotion and they’re doing all they can to NOT give it to me.
