it has been 67 days since we activated our account. And every single day I have seen the tile on my app to redeem my offer for the tv on June 18. Wouldn’t you know that today June 18 the tile to redeem the offer for the tv is now gone from the app lol. I have not received an email for the offer either.
any ideas as to what we can do ?

Anyone else who might experience this issue, there’s a few reasons an offer, promotion, or rebate might not appear or apply. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. Same exact problem here. Had the tile tester day says “redeem on june18”
today… pooof .. gone now email no nothing

Today I was supposed to redeem it but the tile is gone. No email. I have screenshot of it being there and then not there today.
