5G Home Internet - $400 Home Depot GC - nothing from Verizon?

Seems like a common theme from the posts - but add me to the list of people who have not received any information on a promo - the $400 Samsung appliance GC for Home Depot. We need a stove and i was waiting for this to buy one - why can't Verizon handle these without people having to take time to "fight" for them. The Vix perk was sent more than once, which is useless since I do not speak Spanish. They really want me to use that one for some reason! I really want the HD GC, how can I get this resolved finally?

Hi Gilbert - Sorry, work was crazy and then family holiday things made it even crazier.

I signed up October 7th - had it a few days later and activated. I didnt have any issues picking the main perk, but I havent seen a thing since seeing the deal when I clicked to subscribe to the Internet package. I also had issues clicking whatever rebate was listed in the receipt for $200 (I dont recall what it was) and that had to be done by Dec 6th, but since that kept erroring out each time I tried it, I didnt get that - so it looks like I didnt get many of the perks from signing up
