Upon completion of the eligible device order for a new line on Unlimited Ultimate or Unlimited Plus, you will receive an email with confirmation of the order and the redemptions date. You will see a reminder on day 30, 31, and 53 following device activation, with 60 days to redeem the offer. Have you checked your email and spam for the initial emails sent?
