It's been nearly a month and still no $200 Amazon gift card. The tile is in my account but when I click on redeem, it doesn't do anything. This is ridiculous and I see I'm not the only one getting the runaround. If you guys can't hold up your end, then I won't hold up mine and you can just cancel my home service. I do not appreciate being deceived and will file a report if it's not remedied.

I also have not been able to redeem the $200 Amazon Gift card. I have tried to do this using Chrome on my PC, Safari on iPhone and iPad Pro, Chrome on iPhone and iPad Pro, and through myverizon app on iPhone and iPad. I also cleared my cache on all browsers on all devices and tried it all again.
I logon and go to my account overview. I see the tile that says my promotion is ready to claim. I click this tile and it takes me to the agreement and I agree. It then takes me to the redemption page where I check my info. I again agree to the agreement and a green checkmark appears and the redeem button becomes clickable. I click redeem and get the error message, "Technical difficulties! Please submit your submission again." I can keep clicking the redeem button until my finger goes numb but the message stays.
I can see from the forums that this has been an issue since November. We are at the end of the promo I am surprised that this remains an issue for people.
