I ordered and activated my 5G internet on 12/22. I received two emails for the Amazon gift card and Xbox Series X. I attempted to redeem the gift card but have not received an email after the 24-48 hours. I also get an error message when attempting to redeem the Xbox. Any solutions to assist?

I finally received the Amazon gift card but the Xbox redemption just says, “we’re sorry an error has occurred, please try again.” It still hasn’t been able to be redeemed after a week of the same error message.
