Amazon Gift Card for Home Internet

I recently (March 2025)  signed up for Verizon Home Internet and part of the promotion was a $200 Amazon Gift Card.   I have not received any information on how to register for or access this Gift Card.  Please indicate where to go to receive this benefit that was part of my new service.  Thank you

Thank you for reaching out about the Amazon rebate. Have you had an opportunity to check the notifications in your My Verizon Account? If there isn't anything there, please let us know so we can investigate further.

I still have not received my gift card and have no notifications about it. Please advise thank you.

I have spend MONTHS on chat and on the phone trying to get my Amazon Gift Card for signing up for home internet. I never received a notification to sign up for the offer. Someone finally helped, but signed me up for a Verizon rebate, not the Amazon card. Got another person who switched it the card, but the date changed, so it probably looks after the 60 day window. It has been a debacle, a waste of hours of my time,  and still no card. It all feels very fraudulent, especially because this forum and Reddit have so many people in the same boat. Especially maddening because when I was setting up home Internet they added a line for the Internet and DELETED my cell phone line. I had to spend four hours on my laptop on the chat using my neighbor's Internet to get my phone service back. 11-year customer seriously considering switching services.

im in the same boat… i’ve talked to numerous representatives on the phone & no one, except for one, even knew what i was talking about. i’m pleased with the home internet, but the way they got me to try it seems a bit dishonest, so i may just keep my at&t. i don’t understand how there is only one person out of about 5 who even knew the amazon gift card was part of the promotion. they said it would be in my inbox that week & even told me what the subject line would say so i could look out for it. however, i still haven’t seen a thing.
