It's been 2 weeks since I purchased Verizon Internet. Part of the promotion was that I would receive a $200 gift card. I have received no emails regarding this and there is no redemption tile for this on my "Make the Most of Your Plans" I called spoke with an "agent" and was told I would be getting a email......that was 3 days ago and still nothing. What's the deal?
