We upgraded our services on 11/27. I never received any communication about the gift cards, so I entered a chat with a verizon rep who led me to where the option to redeem the offers was buried in my account. I redeemed the offers on 12/5. The cards were supposed to be emailed within 24-48 hours according to my receipt from the upgrade order. I have yet to receive these gift cards and every verizon rep with whom i chat has a different answer as to why.
In my account now, when i go to the area where the gift card redemption is mentioned, it doesn't even show a date on which I redeemed them. It just shows redeemed.
This has been weeks now and I'm very frustrated. Please help.

Same thing has happened to me...says redeemed and nothing is there in my Amazon account or anywhere else and no $100 gift card credit either...Xbox X says shipped but has not...and then the tiles are sporadically there or not depending on the hour it seems...and today I got another tile that said something about a rebate for my phone for $100 and it would be here in weeks and I hit submit and it said ERROR and the whole page turned into another language but all the values and addresses turned into &$&$ and then I got kicked out of the app and then the page disappeared and the tile did too...and so far I cannot find it whatsoever...I have had nothing but hassle with them since the day I signed up for my phone in September and it has a major glitch and they refuse to fix that too...and now this too?

2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: You must verify email address
