Amazon gift card redemption

Seems to be a common issue but I haven't seen a solution yet so I'll add my post to the pile. I signed up for and set up my 5g home internet about a week ago and have received the email saying that I had a gift card to redeem in the app, but there is no tile in the app to click on to redeem it.

Hello Wyhoosier. We would love to help. Please try this:

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

There is no option for echo/gift card on my my Verizon account page

We don't have a 'choice on us' there is nothing shown by My Verizon account, even in the app.

No, there is no option to click on to choose an echo or gift card like the steps say.

I am having the same problem I clayit but never received the gift card and now it's no longer visible on my app can u please help

I have done all the steps on Verizon web sight, but it doesn't direct me to Amazon sight after I accept terms of service. What do I do now?

Same problem here as everyone else seems to have. No such options exist in the Verizon app. Please help

Spent way too much time chatting with a rep a few weeks ago about the status of the Amazon gift card. But still no email advising card is being delivered. False advertising by Verizon.

Still no gift card received. Total fraud. Can anyone help?!?!?

Erathbun310, we're happy to clear up any concerns regarding the Amazon gift card you're expecting. I do see we assisted in Private Message on March 8th, and we shared at the time that the escalation form will take 5 days to be reviewed, and that the gift card then takes 4-6 weeks to be processed. Based on this information, we're still within the gift card processing time. We hope this information helps.

I am having the same problem. I got the internet service during the $200 amazon gift card event and I am not sure hoe to go about receiving it. All it gave me was one for Verizon but that is not what it said when I signed up it said amazon.

Just recently signed up but I’m also not seeing the offer pop up in my account even though my sign up letter clearly says I was supposed to get an Amazon gift card.
