Seems to be a common issue but I haven't seen a solution yet so I'll add my post to the pile. I signed up for and set up my 5g home internet about a week ago and have received the email saying that I had a gift card to redeem in the app, but there is no tile in the app to click on to redeem it.

Hello Wyhoosier. We would love to help. Please try this:
1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

There is no option for echo/gift card on my my Verizon account page

No, there is no option to click on to choose an echo or gift card like the steps say.

I clicked to redeem it but it did not redirect me to anywhere. It is now saying I have already redeem it which is not true

We don't have a 'choice on us' there is nothing shown by My Verizon account, even in the app.

I have done all the steps on Verizon web sight, but it doesn't direct me to Amazon sight after I accept terms of service. What do I do now?

I get toothed point where I click the accept terns but it will not redirect me to Amazon for the card. Can someone please help?

Spent way too much time chatting with a rep a few weeks ago about the status of the Amazon gift card. But still no email advising card is being delivered. False advertising by Verizon.
