It’s been 48 hours and I have not received anything for my gift card.  Please help.  I keep seeing people get a private message, why not just post the solution?

Yes I redeemed it through the tile, but I has been over 48 hours.  I have the tracking number but don’t know where to track it.

The website you provided was to redeem it.  I do not need a promotion code.  I redeemed my offer and was supposed to get an email within 48 hours with my ecard. That was December 20.  It has been over 48 hours.

I am also having a similar problem while redeeming. The amazon show is greyed out and when I try to select the amazon gift card for redemption it freezes up and does nothing.
