Took me forever to find this forum, But I recently signed up for the Black Friday Home internet Xbox Deal to get the free Xbox series s (even got me a S24 ultra and Series 7 Galaxy Watch) and it said get your offer on Dec 13th for both Xbox gaming bundle and also for the Xbox series s. The claim offered disappeared on my "Make the most of your plans" and was left with the gaming bundle. Either their outta stock or this is a Major lie. AKA unfair or deceptive practices under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act. I want my Xbox I was promised. I have screen shots and evidence.

Hello, I’m also having this same issue. I’ve been on the phone with the support team and they’re insisting I activated my device at a later date than I did, even though they’ve confirmed they can see the first Fios 1G was activated during Black Friday on Nov 29, 2024. The support team has not been helpful and the Verizon staff at the Victra location have all the documentation to prove I’m supposed to qualify for this promotion. Did Verizon run out of XBox’s or something? This is false marketing.

Same. I left T-Mobile and have had nothing but run around with Verizon even trading in my brand new Samsung s24 and the 5g not performing so disappointing
