Can't redeem Samsung offer

I have tried for months now to redeem my Samsung offer after I successfully selected the Samsung chromebook. However, the Chromebook was sold out but I'm supposedly able to redeem a $350 Samsung credit. 

I've tried on my phone and on my laptop. After signing in, on my account overview, it says "thank you for being a loyal customer" - the home offer is waiting when I scroll down. I tap that button and the next screen shows the background of the 'select your offer' page but I just just the spinning icon; the page never loads. On my phone I get to the same place but I try to connect through the Samsung Chromebook button and it is completely on responsive. It seems intentional almost.

We're so sorry to hear that you're having problems with your redemption. We'd be happy to take a look and help figure out what's going on. If possible, can you try uninstalling and re-installing the My Verizon app? Another good option would be to clear your cookies/cache on your browser and try on your laptop again.

I have tried to clear cache & cookies several times. It seems this is the only glitchy problem on this VZ website. It affects both my laptop and my phone access. Many others on this community board have posted their frustration in not receiving promised Target/Home Depot/Amazon cards. Can't you send a direct link to the $350 credit instead of having the customer jump through a series of website hoops - NTM never actually succeeding? I've been a Verizon customer for I think 14 years. This has taken far more time than I can really afford to waste.
