I recently signed up for 5G Home Internet and was given the option to redeem the $200 Amazon Gift Card, XBox or Echo. I clicked on the link to redeem the offer from the email I received and then I got an error message. I went back to the email to click the link again and it was no longer an option. How am I supposed to successfully redeem the offer?

I have the same exact issue. It stated that an error happened and that I needed to contact support. No longer shows up to claim it.

Same here. I signed up for service on 11/20 and when I got the email that I could choose my offer, I went in and selected the Amazon gift card. Got an error message and when I went back to try again the option was gone. Spoke to an agent and they said I should get an email once my router was delivered and activated. Paid extra for expedited shipping and it still delivered 2 days later. Okay so I finally get the router and activate it on 11/22, still no email. Now an agent is telling me I have to have the service for 60 days and then after 60 days of service, I'll get an email. I thought I had to redeem the gift card within 60 days, so now I'm confused. Feels like the offer was click bait to sign up at this point.

This is the issue I am having as well. I received the email and the Amazon options are there but grayed out. It let me do the XBox offer but I’m not sure it went through.

This happened to me as well. I was able to claim the XBox but not sure if it worked. I tried claiming the Amazon gift and the options were grayed out like the picture shows. Does the 5G Home internet have to be set up first or something before you can claim?

I set mine up and I still wasn't able to claim. But yeah. I am pretty sure it has to be set up. It took a look. Of back a forth for me to get my Amazon gift card though. Don't give up! Lol

same thing is currently happening to me, I’ve gotten the runaround with the live chat. I was able to get the Xbox promotion to work but not the Amazon gift card. Feeling very duped right now, I only decided to try out the internet now because of these promotions

My verizon Fios is activated but I cannot redeem the Xbox or $200 Amazon gift card. The Xbox redemption doesn’t load and I can’t click on the $200 Amazon gift card. Please help

I have read through 100s of complaints about this issue. I am having the same problem. I have no way to "register" for the gift card. The instructions from Verizon DO NOT WORK! Why is this so hard for Verizon to resolve? This is enough to drive me back to Comcast.
