I switched my internet service to Verizon on 12/14/2023. I am supposed to receive the $200 Amazon gift card offer. When I go under my account on the app under redeem offers section- there are 4 offers there. When I click on any of the other three offers, it takes me directly to where I can redeem the offer. However, when I click on the Amazon offer, it does nothing. It seems that there is no link or the link is broken for the Amazon offer. My husband has called customer service at least three times, and each time, they tell him that it’s all set to go.
This is becoming a bit frustrating. I see on here that many others have also had this issue, but I have not come across any comments on the forum that provide the solution.
