Cant redeem xbox series s

I received the redeem email and wasnt able to redeem it through there i spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service where they claimed that a higher up would email me in three days with a direct link to redeem my xbox series s and i have received nothing!!! I am beyond frustrated with verizon right now. How cant i get my xbox series S i dont have time for another 4 hour session with verizons customer service. Anyone else have this problem?!

Yes, exact same issue with no resolution yet. I guess, worse case scenario, I can always go back to my previous provider. I've been with Verizon over 10 years, so very disappointed in this experience.

I ended up being able to order mine i checked the app today and suddenly i was able to redeem it after all the hassle i went through
