I switched to Verizon internet svce BECAUSE of the promotion that was offered at our store! I do not know if it’s the store mgr fault or Verizon customer svce but I haven’t received my promo discount. I should have a $100 rewards credit. Customer said I would get it in 2-3 billing cycles . It’s past 3 billing cycles

They said it would be automatic. I have called Verizon customer svce 2 times about this. Now I am physically on hold with them again. All of this is so misleading.
